Valve has been telling us since the beginning of the game about Caroline and GLaDOS. Anyone else curious about GLaDOS’s new look in Portal 2? I noticed that Valve totally slipped in a million glaringly obvious clues into GLaDOS’s new design…
First:
[the most obvious one] The white shell on GLaDOS is the exact same style as Caroline’s dress. The shoulders are the same, and the length is about the same. They’re even both white “dresses”
Second:
the use of red accents on GLaDOS is very similar to Caroline’s ascot color
Third:
the wires on GLaDOS’s ‘tied up woman’ profile are very reminiscent of long wavy black/brown hair
Basically, GLaDOS looks like Caroline, but tied up and hung from the roof in a bondage pose.
